Absolute Energy is a New York Corporation established in April of 2000. It was formed to help large energy users buy power directly from the generators, cutting out the middleman, and saving the direct customer between 8–12% on their energy bill each year.

Our IT expertise and extensive experience in the New York energy industry enabled us to develop an Energy Management System to serve large electric users in the state. Currently we purchase all of the electricity for 20 colleges and 6 large office buildings in New York State (including the Capital complex in Albany).

The electric purchases we manage on behalf of our customers are in excess of $100,000,000 annually. Our clients are experiencing 8–12% savings annually. In the era of shrinking budgets, this can have a significant impact on the "bottom-line".
